Also, thank you to Crystal, who explained the treatment in great detail and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her friendliness and clarity really reassured me throughout the process. Lastly, a big thank you to the entire team on duty today especially to the lovely lady who patiently explained the package details to me, and to the gentleman who assisted Joanne with the blow-drying of my hair. Your teamwork and attention to detail truly made the experience even better. Everyone was friendly, helpful, attentive, and took the time to explain every detail of the treatment and aftercare. I felt very well taken care of. I even decided to sign up for a package because the price for a first-trial customer was very reasonable with complimentary 2 treatments and 2 haircuts, and they had a 30% promo going on. Often I  will leave the salon happy with my new and fresh hairstyle as Derrick will recommend of what hairstyle suits me well. I am also  impressed by  their generous service like when you board a business class flight, you will be serviced with a tray of choices of soft drinks, some grapes and  biscuits snacks which help if you do need to spend hours there for hairstyling services.
