I had such a wonderful experience today (8th June, Sunday) at De Hair Profile Orchard Gateway and I’d love to thank the entire team for their warm service and professionalism. A big shoutout to Joanne, my stylist for the day. She was incredibly gentle, genuine, and took her time with my anti-frizz treatment. I was initially quite worried that my hair might end up over-processed, but thanks to Joanne’s careful handling and sincere approach, the result was amazing and my hair turned out smooth, sleek, and healthy. I really appreciate her sincerity and the care she put into every step. It made a huge difference. Also, thank you to Crystal, who explained the treatment in great detail and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her friendliness and clarity really reassured me throughout the process. Lastly, a big thank you to the entire team on duty today especially to the lovely lady who patiently explained the package details to me, and to the gentleman who assisted Joanne with the blow-drying of my hair. Your teamwork and attention to detail truly made the experience even better. Everyone was friendly, helpful, attentive, and took the time to explain every detail of the treatment and aftercare. I felt very well taken care of. I even decided to sign up for a package because the price for a first-trial customer was very reasonable with complimentary 2 treatments and 2 haircuts, and they had a 30% promo going on. Definitely recommending this salon to anyone looking for genuine service, knowledgeable stylists, and visible results. Will be back again for sure! My first-time visit was awesome. Everyone is friendly and there is no up-selling. They will only recommend the right product for you. I always have full confidence with Derrick the senior hairstylist whom I know for 12 years. Often I  will leave the salon happy with my new and fresh hairstyle as Derrick will recommend of what hairstyle suits me well. I am also  impressed by  their generous service like when you board a business class flight, you will be serviced with a tray of choices of soft drinks, some grapes and  biscuits snacks which help if you do need to spend hours there for hairstyling services. Last but not the least, all staffs are thoughtful,  patience and friendly. I never failed to recommend friends to go De-Hair for their experience with professional service.
